Before you leave yours, if you can put on comfortable clothing, nothing that restricts any areas of your body (this would be useful), & when we are inside, shoes off.
I like to start our sessions on time, but, if there is a hold up, please message me. No problem! Just be aware that if another booking happens to be soon after yours, I may have to stop your session as close to ‘on the hour’ you have booked, as over-running may clash.
If you do happen to arrive a bit early, I would rather you press the buzzer and come in, and not worry about hanging around outside before the scheduled start time.
FREE parking is available from 5pm weekdays, and any time on weekends. Park on Normand Rd, Turneville Rd, Star Rd, or any surrounding roads.
Closest tube stations: West Kensington (District line), Barons Court (District/Piccadilly lines), West Brompton (District & Overground).
If you have brought your charger, please plug in your phone when you arrive and give it a full battery.
