I am making 2 smoothies each day with turmeric root . You can see turmeric root in the picture above, to the right from the sliced carrot (middle bottom). You can get it from Arabic/Indian/international cuisine shops.
At this time, it is very important to eat well as we possibly can, just as we should always! I am dedicating this page to giving you ideas on what to cook to stay as healthy as we can. More than ever, we all need to step-up and do our bit for our ‘energetic’ health and well-being.
